The best ways to explore Weerribben-Wieden are by bicycle, by foot or by boat. The EcoWaterLiner combines your hiking trip or bicycle ride with a boat trip through the Weerribben-Wieden National Park. The stops are dotted along the routes of the cycling hub network and the hiking network in Weerribben-Wieden. Your bicycle comes on board.

Boat route

The EcoWaterLiners start in St. Jansklooster and Giethoorn. The Blokzijl boat sails straight through the Beulakerwijde to Blokzijl and back again to Visitor Centre De Wieden in St. Jansklooster. The Giethoorn boat sails from Giethoorn to Visitor Centre De Wieden and back again to Giethoorn.

Blokzijl: at 'De Schutsluis’ school, Juliana van Stolbergstraat 1. There is free parking on the Kanaalweg.
Giethoorn: next to petrol station 'Prinsen' at the Beulakerweg 137. There is free parking at the Eendrachtsplein.
Sint-Jansklooster: at Visitor Centre De Wieden, Beulakerpad 1. There is free parking here.

Dates & Prices

The EcoWaterLiner sails from 7 May until 30 September, 7 days a week. Day tickets or route tickets are available. The day ticket allows you to hop on and off all day at the various stops. A day ticket costs €9. With the route ticket, you sail from place to place and resume your hiking trip or bicycle ride at your next stop. A route ticket costs €5.
